Staffing process at Aminno Software Technologies


Our rigorous selection process and contingency measures ensure retention and stability to our clients.



1. Receive requirements from client

  • Detailed description of essential and preferred skills and required experience.
  • Role of the professional in the project.
  • Preferred industry experience.
  • Duration and location of assignment, expected start date.


2. Generate Profiles

  • After discussing and understanding the requirements in detail, availability of the right candidates is checked with technical group.
  • Identify internal resources and/or prospective candidate database is checked.
  • Requirement sent to employees (referral) and panel of vendors.
  • Requirement is posted on various job sites.


3. Initial screening of short listed profiles



4. Short listed candidates to go through further short listing

  • Written test (in case of fresher)
